Silent Auction General Rules:
Place your bids for items using this online auction platform.
You can take advantage of the BUY NOW option, by selecting the BUY NOW option on your desired item. This will guarantee that you will NOT be outbid.
The Silent Auction will close at 8:00 pm on August 26.
Winning bidders must pay for their items within 24 hours of the close of the auction by credit card. For guests at the BEF Gala, payment will be accepted by credit card or Venmo following the silent auction portion of the evening or by cash or check following the live auction portion of the event. For winners not in attendance at the BEF Gala, you must make arrangements to pick up your items at the BEF Office at 321 Colbern in Belton by September 5, 2023. (The BEF Office is open M-F between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.)
All amounts over the fair market value (FMV) of items are considered tax-deductible.
All sales are final. Bidders are responsible for redeeming their prizes on or before stated expiration dates. Unless otherwise noted, all certificates are to be utilized by June 30, 2024. Â
Please keep your certificates, as neither the Belton Educational Foundation nor the auction item donors will be able to replace them.
